Available Vacancy - Dental Nurse
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our dentists.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the treatment room and instruments, ensuring sterilization and cross-infection control procedures are followed
Provide chair-side assistance to dentists during all dental procedures, including preparation and administration of materials and medications
Take responsibility for patient comfort and well-being, including preparing them for treatment, answering their questions and providing after-care advice
Keep accurate patient records and assist with the management of patient appointments and billing
Participate in continuing professional development to keep up-to-date with latest dental nursing techniques and practices
Requirements:

A front desk receptionist at a dental clinic typically greets patients, schedules appointments, verifies insurance coverage, answers phone calls, and processes payments. They may also maintain patient records, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Additionally, they must be familiar with dental terminology and procedures to be able to answer patients' questions and provide information. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor, are essential for this role.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to handle multiple task and prioritize work.
Ability to communicate well in english/bahasa malaysia
Customer service oriented attitude to both internal and external custom.
